The Website content or your use of the Website content, the Products or your use of the Products (including Trial Products), any information or data you supplied to Life & Law. When Life & Law is threatened with suit or sued by a third party, Life & Law may seek written assurances from you concerning your promise to indemnify Life & Law; your failure to provide such assurances may be considered by Life & Law to be a material breach of this Agreement. Life & Law will have the right to participate in any defense by you of a third party claim related to your use of any of the Website content or Products, with counsel of Life & Law choice at its expense. Life & Law will reasonably cooperate in any defense by you of a third-party claim at your request and expense. You will have sole responsibility to defend Life & Law against any claim, but you must receive Life & Law prior written consent regarding any related settlement. User agrees that neither Company nor its group companies, directors, officers or employee shall be liable for any direct and/or indirect or/and incidental or/and special or/and consequential or/and exemplary damages, resulting from the use or/and the inability to use the service or/and for cost of procurement of substitute goods or/and services or resulting from any goods or/and data or/and information or/and services purchased or/and obtained or/and messages received or/and transactions entered into through or/and from the service or/and resulting from unauthorized access to or/and alteration of user’s transmissions or/and data or/and arising from any other matter relating to the service, including but not limited to, damages for loss of profits or/and use or/and data or other intangible, even if Company has been advised of the possibility of such damages. 

The Company is neither an insurer nor a guarantor and disclaims all liability in such capacity. Clients seeking a guarantee against loss or damage should obtain appropriate insurance. The Deliverable is issued on the basis of information, documents and/or discussions provided by, or on behalf of, Client and solely for the benefit of Client who is responsible for acting as it sees fit on the basis of such Deliverable. Neither the Company nor any of its officers, employees, agents or subcontractors shall be liable to Client nor any third party for any actions taken or not taken on the basis of such Deliverable nor for any incorrect results arising from unclear, erroneous, incomplete, misleading or false information provided to the Company by, or on behalf of, the Client.

Life & Law is not liable for-

The contents of any communication, message, or other information sent by you or third parties to easywillindia.com, or posted by you or other third parties on any part of the Site;

The contents of any website not controlled, owned, or operated by Life & Law that is accessed from or linked to any part of the Site;

Any damages or injury caused by, including but not limited to, any failure of performance, error, omission, interruption, defect, delay in operation of transmission, computer virus, or line failure; and

Any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or relating to use of or inability to use any of the Site, or download any of the software through any of the Site, even if Life & Law has been advised of the possibility of such damages. If you are dissatisfied with any portion of any of the Site, or with any of these Terms of Service, your sole and exclusive remedy is to discontinue using the Site. Neither we nor you will be liable for indirect loss.

You agree to mitigate your loss:-

You agree to mitigate any loss, damage, cost, expense or other liability that you may suffer in connection with your use of easywillindia.com or any of our services.

Nothing excludes liability for fraud:-

Nothing in these Terms will limit or exclude our or your liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation or any other matter for which it would be illegal or void at law to limit or exclude liability, even if these Terms would otherwise suggest that such liability is excluded or limited. 

In no circumstances whatsoever will either we or you be liable (whether such liability arises under tort including negligence, under contract or otherwise) for any indirect or consequential loss or damage or any special or exemplary loss or damage. We will not be liable for matters that are outside of our reasonable control. We shall not be in breach of these Terms or otherwise be liable to you for any matter outside of our reasonable control.

User further agrees that Company shall not be liable for any damages arising    from interruption, suspension or termination of service, including but not limited to direct and/or indirect or/and incidental or/and special consequential or/and exemplary damages, whether such interruption or/and suspension or/and termination was justified or not, negligent or intentional, inadvertent or advertent. 

    User agrees that Company shall not be responsible or liable to user, or   anyone, for the statements or conduct of any third party of the service. In sum, in no event shall Company’s total liability to the User for all damages or/and losses or/and causes of action exceed the amount paid by the User to Company, if any, that is related to the cause of action.

     The Company shall not be liable for any delayed, partial or total non-performance of the Services arising directly or indirectly from any event outside the Company’s control including failure by Client to comply with any of its obligations hereunder. The liability of the Company in respect of any claim for loss, damage or expense of any nature and howsoever arising shall in no circumstances exceed a total aggregate sum equal to the fee paid in respect of the specific Service which gives rise to such claim. The Company shall have no liability for any indirect or consequential loss (including loss of profits).

• • The user shall not submit material that is unlawful, obscene, defamatory, libelous, threatening, pornographic, harassing, hateful, racially or ethnically offensive, or encourages conduct that would be considered a criminal offense, give rise to civil liability, violate any law, or is otherwise inappropriate.

12. REGISTRATION 

As part of the registration process, the User will select a password and a Member ID. The User also has to give us certain registration information, all of which must be accurate and updated. The user shall  not select or use a registration ID of another person with the intent to impersonate that person; user is not allowed to use a registration ID in which another person has rights without such person’s authorization.

13 ADVERTISERS

This Web Site may contain advertising and sponsorship. Advertisers and sponsors are responsible for ensuring that material submitted for inclusion on the Web Site is accurate and complies with applicable laws. Provider will not be responsible for the illegality of or any error or inaccuracy in advertisers’ or sponsors’ materials

Life & Law approach to bribery and corruption is one of zero tolerance. All people within Life & Law are required to act honestly and with integrity at all times and must not offer or receive gifts and hospitality that could improperly influence, or be perceived to influence, business decision making. We will not directly or indirectly engage in bribery or corruption in any form.

Everyone in Life & Law is required to comply with relevant anti-bribery laws and regulations. We expect all our business partners to have similar policies which apply to all matters involving Life & Law or its clients.

18. LEGAL AND ETHICAL REQUIREMENTS

Life & Law has tried to comply with all legal and ethical requirements in compiling this website. We do not want to represent clients based on their review of any portion of this website that does not comply with legal or ethical requirements.

19. MONEY LAUNDERING PRECAUTIONS

Like all other Website’s, we are now required to apply procedures to guard against the risk of money laundering.  It will help us to avoid any problems with your money transactions if you bear in mind the following points.

• • Identification Checks

 We may need to obtain formal evidence of your identity.  This may be necessary even though we have acted for you before, or even if you are known personally to a member of staff.  We will tell you if such evidence is necessary, but it may help us if you are able to bring evidence to our first meeting.  Normally, the evidence we request is your passport, plus two or more documents to establish your address, such as recent utility bills, council tax statements, or bank statements not being more than three months old as proof of address. In certain circumstances we may carry out searches to verify your identity and proof of address. 

• • Confidentiality

 We have always sought to keep our client’s affairs confidential.  Where a Life & Law knows or suspects that a transaction on behalf of a client involves money laundering, the Life & Law may be required to make a money laundering disclosure.  If, whilst we are acting for you, it becomes necessary to make a money laundering disclosure, we may not be able to inform you that a disclosure has been made or of the reasons for it. 

20. RAISING QUERIES OR CONCERNS WITH US

 We are committed to providing a high quality service in all respects and keeping you advised regularly of the progress of your matter.  If you have any queries or concerns about our work for you, (including any complaint about our charges or bills) please raise them in the first instance with the Client Partner.  We have a procedure in place which details how we handle complaints, which is available on our website or upon request.  We have eight weeks to consider your complaint. We can resolve it as soon as possible.

21. ACKNOWLEDGEMENT

By using Life & Law services or accessing the Life & Law site or applications, you acknowledge that you have read this terms of use and agree to be bound by them.

22. SEVERABILITY

If the terms or any part of them should be determined to be illegal, invalid or otherwise unenforceable under the laws of any state or country in which the terms are intended to be effective , then to the extent that they are so illegal, invalid or unenforceable , they shall in that state or country be treated as severed and  deleted from the terms and the remaining provisions contained within the terms shall survive and remain in full force and effect and continued to be binding and enforceable in that state or country.

The website will not be responsible for any breach of the terms cause by circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
